What did you do before you worked here?

“Before starting in this industry, I was always somebody who jumped job-to-job, not really too focused anywhere specifically. I did jobs from bartending, serving, fast food, warehouse work, dishwashing, and was working at a luxury retail store as a salesman before I started here. I was also a university student at the time, so I just wanted to make some extra money. I was absolutely surprised and also challenged by the job at first, but my main motivator was simply the fact that a bunch of random people I had never met genuinely cared about my improvement. After realizing my strengths and learning how to use them, I drastically improved and my commitment and dedication skyrocketed from there.”

What are your goals for next year?

“My goals for the next year are to become a successful business owner, both for myself and the people around me. I would like to see my business thrive and watch my two right hand people succeed in what we've all been working so hard doing. It is also goal of mine to move out of my home in the next year and start my life as a young business owner.”

What did you do before you worked here?

“Before starting my career with P1M, I worked in different sales positions that taught me a lot but did not have any space for me to expand. I started in the management training program because I saw the potential and opportunities for growth not only in sales but to owning your own marketing agency.”

What are your goals for next year?

“My goal for the next year is to complete the program and to oversee my own marketing team. I’m driven to be an entrepreneur to have no limitations on what I can attain and I feel like this program gives me the drive to achieve it.”

What did you do before you worked here?

“I worked in a manufacturing company for 3 years where we used to produce Sweaters and Cardigan in Bangladesh with my Dad, as an assistant to the Managing Director. We dealt with clients like H&M, Zara, Jack and Jones and Calvin Klein. We managed the client relationships, and worked closely with the HR/client handling department. I officially moved to Canada in 2019 and COVID really took up a majority of those first couple years. Before joining P1M I worked in a Dollarama, which was my first retail job. It was quite nice since it was located in the heart of Downtown in a Condo in-front of the Harbor Front, then I worked a year for a Fundraising company where our client was Heart and Stroke Foundation.”

What are your goals for next year?

“My goals for the next year are very simple. Finish my program and expand with P1M, travel the world and buy my dream car. Of course, not before taking care of my family.”

What did you do before you worked here?

“With an affinity for customer service I started my work journey doing retail work for grocery supermarkets and clothing stores back in the Middle East. It was no surprise the first job I got in Canada was to be a Sales Representative for a telecommunications company. I developed my people skills there, and when I had felt I learned most of what I can there, it was time to move on. Now if you were wondering why I chose P1M, well, simply put it’s the company that offered the most knowledge and training and career growth opportunities, soon after joining the team I came to see myself with an eager attitude and a student mentality. I put the effort in and learned from the leaders and soon enough I was on track to become one myself.”

What are your goals for next year?

“My aspirations for the next year are clear to me. I want to be maintaining my career growth while simultaneously bettering my family’s quality of life. I also am building a plan for acquiring a college degree and strive to be the role model my brother needs me to be.”
